... a bad feedback rating?

Being new to Ebay I have to ask. I've never seen a rating less than 97%. Which makes me wonder if 95% would be considered a bad rating. I don't take the ratings too serious but I gotta acknowledge that anyone with a 99% rating and over 1000 feedbacks has gotta be doing something right.

Just a thought I have had before and Chuck's comment prompted me to ask.
