I don't see what bearing that has on an item that is being offered for sale today among a different group of bidders. Plus the high bidder of yesterday is probably not in the market for the same chip today. Today's price realized could be much higher or much lower than yesterday's offering. Condition is another factor that varies from item to item on ebay.
