In checking our records it was shipped almost a month ago.

The first time you mentioned anything to us was was two days ago and we had informed everyone on the board we would be out of town in Connecticut. We will ship another on Monday when we return and send it with delivery confirmation to protect us from errant shipments and to make sure it isn't misplaced.
