Permanent Make-Up { which is actually a Tattoo }...fuller looking lips, eye shadow, eye liner, scar cover up, beauty marks, etc.... All of this once done only by a Doctor/Registered Nurse...but not anymore !! And also don't foget how many of us keep our Tattoos private.

Approx. half of my body is covered { including that one very sensitive spot !! ouch !!...at least to me } with Tattoos and I'd have to say that about 90% of my friends...some for many many years have no idea that I have Tattoos.

I know I've read and seen that there's about a 60/40 split on Tattooed versus Non-Tattooed. Now this is going to drive me nuts until I prove it
