Been collecting chips VERY casually for about a year now. Have looked at a lot of chips on Ebay but never bought any there. Bought several chips from members off this board. But until yesterday I have never given a second thought to Jackpot Auctions. I figured it was a startup trying to give Ebay a run for there money. Never did it occur to me that "JACKPOT" was for casino collectibles only. I read a post yesterday that had a link to a Jackpot Auction. Went and looked at it. And then ended up checking out the site. I was at first surprised that it was just casino stuff, and then pleased to see how many chips were on that site. Especially when I found some of the Binion's $2.50 Champion chips.

But I just wondered what everyone thought of Jackpot. And was curious as to how it got started and if it is owned by a CC & GTCC member or group of members.
