Really depends on what games your looking for. I find that the Gold Strike has good low limit games and the Horseshoe offers more upper limit games. I also think the Horeshoe seems to be a little more noisier than the Strike. I have not played at the Grand, but they do have a listing on CardPlayer.com of their tournament schedule.

The best option is to call the poker rooms directly to get a schedule.

Also if your going to play a majority of the time a a certain casino, try and get your room reservation through the poker room to get a better rate. I get $19.00 a night rates for 6 hours play at the Gold Strike. It nice cause I usually travel with a friend who also plays. So if I'm having a bad session or two I can walk away for a while but both of our hours combine for the 6 hours.
