I would like to make a custom hot-stamped Chipco chip. It's from their "Value Line", 8.5 gram single-color chips. http://www.thechipstore.com/NewFiles/foiled.html

I'd like it to look somewhat old-school 1940s or 1950s. So I want to use fonts from the era and art that looks the era. I've gotten this far (see my picture below).

Now it's time to go to you guys. Please suggest how I might make this chip look "older" or "better."

Please post pictures of chips you like from that era, and why...
