I just paid WAY too much for a chip I needed for my Wisconsin collection. Some "fool" almost outbid me!
There isn't a Wisconsin book, guide or price guide. Some folks have a rule "everything from Wisconsin is cheap and common." which is about 97% correct, and it's that other 3% that I'm searching for now.
I'll seal my comments with this. It doesn't matter if the book says it's a $250 chip or a $2.50 chip, it's the demand that drives the prices.
When someone obviously has a stack of a formerly "rare" chip and is pumping ads on every BB (check the club board and strike bb) plus running the same chips on eBay and they aren't commanding high values or high interest, and aren't getting high bids, maybe it's time to understand that "THE BOOK" is a guide to values, not the Bible.
