However, to make a statement like that with out supporting details is just plain wrong. I can appreciate that you and some others may have had issues with Dean.
I can also appreciaite that if you have had issues with Dean, that you may feel compelled to warn other chipper friends.
I would think a more appropriate way to go about this would be to state that you have issues, and invite private emails. OR, put details in you post. Making blanket statements won't sway anyone, and appear quite slanderous.
