I have used Norton for the past couple of years with absolutely no problems. I find it extremely user friendly as well. In fact, I just bought a new Dell laptop and installed Norton AV 2004. The software I bought cost $49 but there was an in-store $30 rebate coupled with an in-box $20 rebate. That adds up to a little better than your free software too!
