I've only seen it once. That it is wood, is good. Must be worth $25-$50 in good shape. Who knows? Nice piece, but not such a big interest in these types of things -- a big bulky game, sort of an odd piece. No one collects multi-game wheels as such. To re-sell it for a high/fair price, you'd have to find someone with a lot of room and a wide interest in gambling/game collectibles.
