You need a program called WS_FTP.

Once you get the program you will need to set up a connection to your website... to do this you need three things:

1) the website address
ex. http://www.angelfire.com/richsweb/

2) the login
probably the same as your angelfire login

3) the password
again, probably the same

Once you have a connection you will be able to directly transfer files from a folder on your pc to a folder on your website. This will be so much faster and easier... FTP it!
