True - it never will. Even $1.50 - $2 is okay with most. Beyond that, they are trying to recover eBay and PayPal costs, no question.

Right - between eBay and Paypal, you are paying 8% off the top and I see that can add up, but why gouge the hell out of a buyer? Bad long term policy.

I think they charge way too much, but you gotta figure it in as a cost of selling. I don't see Les Lawrence or Bill Akeman charging $9 for shipping a single chip and they are both in this as a business.
