I just made my reservations. When I called the Riviera using the phone number listed on the club web site, they told me to use another number 800-634-6753. I was also told that there is no guarantee that you will get a deluxe room. They don't hold the rooms.

On the up side, my flight tickets were free (CC frequent flyer miles)
