My reasearch has determined the following:
1. Sociedad Libanesa = Lebanese Society
2. Lebanese Society is an active organization in several Latin American countries including Uraguay and possibly Costa Rico, etc.
3. The chip was probably used in some type of gambling activity at the "Society" functions.
