I think it says Lebanon on the front. However the amount on the back is in Colones. I thought only El Salvador or Costa Rica used Colones?

Note that the protective celluloid inlay fell out of the front showing the the name of the club printed on what was the bottom of the inlay. Note also that the celluloid yellowed over time.
