Your file name has some "bad" characters in it. I think you'll have to change the name of the file in order for the software to display it. Specifically, you need to take the "&" and "$" out of the name and upload it again. Then you need to copy the address - "http://xxxxxxx" returned by the upload and paste it in the "Optional Image URL" box a little lower down the window where you post the message. Be sure to replace the "http://" that is already there...
