The Ameristar here in Kansas City has mixed in a new rack of $1 chips; no other denominations were ordered. However, they are ALMOST exactly the same. The designs are identical, but the coloration of the inlay is not quite as dark. Still no UV's, either. The original rack has a strong black background and the background behind the 'Kansas City, MO' is yellow like a Post-it note. The new chips have paler colors. The scan on the left is the original rack, the one on the right is the new rack. They must have just come out within the past week or two, because the chips I have look almost uncirculated, but are getting slightly dirty.
