David
As someone who has committed quite a bit of my discreationary income to this hobby. Please allow me to ask a question. Why would I ever pay more the the drilled price for any chip previously known to be in drilled condition? That is your legacy David, that is what you have given us. Is that good or bad for the hobby? I guess it depends on if I previously owned the chip or am looking to purchase it. Either way the picture isn't bright. The odds are there are going to be a lot less chips in my collection now. This is not intended to be critical of your talent. Just critical of the fact that altered or restored chips should be permissable with identification marking only...to protect the consumer and the hobby. You seem like a likeable intelligent guy. You just I'll bet never spent a lot of money on a chip...I have a few for sale if you want to change that.
