Won an auction by Steve Rings for a April Fools HR chip. Sent the money, but chip never arrived..
Called seller and let him know, but I take the blame for not asking for insurance. Never do, and never had a chip not show up.

Six weeks later Steve sends me an email and insists on sending me a free chip (April Fools HR). Just asks for $2 to cover shipping.

Pretty nice gesture. He sure didn't have to do that. I am going to send him $5 just so I feel less guilty. Of course the original chip may yet show up in the mail, in which case I will anty up for the full amount of a new chip.
