Nope...sorry...it isnt an error chip. Since they were all made that way, whether planned in the original artwork or not, it can't be considered an error.

Just Like the Cannery chips that only said "Las Vegas" instead of N/ Las Vegas" they arent errors, because they were all produced the same.

Now if there were only a couple made that way, while all the rest had the inserts on both sides, THEN it would be an error chip.
