It goes city by city so I might have an address one session, someone else the next. But it's limited to thsi area, unlike AOL which seems to have whole states on one IP address. (and hardly anyone else lives in Milwaukee anyway)

It will tighten up the multiple votes, even though it might block a small number.

And I agree, it's not scientific, but it's fun.
