The Frontier and New Frontier were at 600 Monmouth St. in Newport. I have a bar token from the Frontier. I'm guessing your encased cent is from the 1940s 0r 50s. Later they became the Mustang Club, that Gene Trimble knows about. No doubt a little gambling there. Larry Trapp has an antique shop at that location now.
