Patrick, Like anything that you purchase over the internet, there is some risk. In my case all my experiences with ebay sellers has been positive. But I will tell you there are a couple of chip sellers I avoid. The number of ebay positives are meaningless to me. What is important to me is the negative feedback. Read the negative feedback! It will help you decide if you want to do business with that person. One more thing. If someone does burn you in a chip transaction, make a post on this board and tell everyone about it.
