Please forgive my ignorance, being that I am still VERY new to this hobby. But what is the tipoff on that scan that proved this guy to be a untrustworthy seller? I have placed a couple bids for chips on EBAY and usually look for the seller to have a CC & GTCC # but in some cases they dont. Is there a post or a webpage that can inform us newbies of the dangers of some fraudulent people trying to pull a fast one? Other than the seller being a member, what else might you look for, or what else would be a tipoff that it is generally safe to buy from this person?
