My prediction on the Binion’s Horseshoe thing is that Harrah’s will take over the management of the property and retain the Horseshoe name, just like they are doing with Jack’s properties.

Since this summer, or probably before, Harrah’s has been courting Becky and negotiating to purchase the Horseshoe Las Vegas, for at least two reasons. To control the Horseshoe name, and to have a presence in the Downtown area. The WPT would not hurt the Harrah’s name either……………………… To date, the only reason that this hasn’t happened is because Becky wanted too much for the place. It will be interesting to see what the next few weeks bring………………..
