I would think that not only would it be a trademark violation but the Nevada Gaming Control Board, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and possibly the U.S. Secret Service would take a serious interest in Mr. Whalen's activities of creating and distributing forged gambling devices and representing them as authentic. Didn't a few years ago the Executive Board establish a relationship with the NVGCB in an attempt to squash such activity?
