The Gaming Control Board approved the sale of the Golden Nugget with a provison that the gaming license be approved only for a one-year period. The GCB was concerned about the new owners' relationship to Rizzolo the owner of Crazy Horse II - strip club. The latter is the subject of an ongoing FBI investigation. The GCB's action is subject to action by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
