Well, not totaly Not Chip Related as there were chips , jetons, and plaques in this movie. I've run across the title "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" on at least one poker movie list. I watched it tonight on Independent Film Channel so you don't have to. The poker aspect of this so-called "Indie" flick is in a word, stooopid... but mercifully short. The rest of the film, by a husband of Madonna, does rate a 3 out of 5 stars. Forget about calling this a "poker" movie and watch it if you like Bob Hoskins type UK gangster movies. Definately an R rated movie btw. Trying to be an Elmore Leonard flick, but missing the effortless humor of those stories, you do get to see some interesting characters that really make the movie work. Heavy handed irony and situational jokes. A wooden minor performance by Sting. Dang, I'n gonna have to up to my bedroom and dust off my turntable and spin "Syncronicity" so's I can remember the Sting I like! Yeah, 3 out of 5.
