What would be the actual value of a fantasy chip like that? I wouldn't mind paying up to four bucks for that particular chip. The shipping charge has to be reduced, though, he's charging "Vic Galante" rates for shipping, and I don't think he'd be interested in buying U.S.P.S. insurance for an item which turns out to be U.S.P.S. mail fraud.
