Joe, I agree with Ross. It is very important you use good quality plastic folders and I find Cowens to be very suitable.

As far as the binders are concerned, I use 1" binders and I find them easier to handle. I usually put 5 and up to a maximum of 10 sheets in a binder (although 10 may be a little hard to handle as well-probably 8 maximum would be OK.

I buy my binders from one of the common office supply stores or sometimes from the $0.99¢ store.

Super Max, Staples and the like often have sales of these binders from $0.69¢ and up to around $1.00 each.
