Ross uses Checkmate (I think thats the name). He's looked closely at a number of different collecting programs, and has decided that Checkmate is the best of them so far. I know he isn't totally happy with a few thing within the program, like the fact that there's no cloning option. So if you are entering 5 different chips from the same place, you have to manually enter the info (like city, state, casino name, etc.) for each and every entry. I belive that was his biggest issue with it.

Also, If I recall correcetly, there were some issues with importing or exporting with Xcel. This is second hand informationtion, so its best to talk to Ross about it. I know he still uses it.
