I need to buy a new scanner. My current scanner, a Canon Multipass F30 won't pick up the fluorescent/neon colors in chips. I have no idea what causes this.

Can anyone recommend a scanner that does NOT have this problem?? I need a scanner, not a scanner/printer/copier combo.
