I suspect you have a Barney's bottle - a large red slot machine? Barney's was at Lake Tahoe and this was billed as the World's Larges Slot Machine and it was indeed quite large. Not sure of the value - they sell occasionaly on eBay. Many of them are missing the slot handle on the left side.
