Hiya Jim, yeah, this chip has been discussed and cussed on the board, pretty interesting and typical of some of the chip mysteries you run across. Try an archive search starting around July/Aug. '00 when Rene Nezhoda found about 600 of them. He sold them for the nice price of $25 ea. and I think that is a fair retail price today. TCR #9 has it listed as a "G" $25-29, N5767. Campiglia and Wells list it as first issue.
However, there is a pretty fair argument made by folks that this chip could be out of the midwest. Trimble and Perlewski both have a number of good posts about this subject as I recall. I've got this chip in my Nevada collection because I want it to be Las Vegas! If its from Missouri, I'll still have a nifty chip.
