Sending a chip via UPS seems like a waste of time and effort, not to mention pricing. A padded envelope and two stamps (37c + 24c) will cover the postage for one chip - and no waiting at the post office because you can just drop them in the mailbox. Once you've bought/sold a few chips, you'll have plenty of padded mailers. Most if not all of us recyle them. Good luck!
