Not familiar with the 8.0 version you mention but in 9.0 you go to your mail box and select read. Select manage mail and there will be a tree that has a folder called spam. I think that is what you are asking for. Like I said though, I don't know if it is the same for the 8.0 version you asked about. My 8.0 never had a spam box.

Sorry to hear that you are having the problem with 9.0. I haven't had any problems with it and everyone else I know that have upgraded haven't mentioned problems. It is very concerning the reaction that you got from
AOL technical service. I would send a complaint to them telling them how a service rep hung up on you without helping you fix your problem.
