Guess I haven't "walked the mall" at looking at chips for awhile somehow, but I have in the last few days. Used to be fun and I bought a lot chips I didn't know I wanted until I ran across them at auction. Now, of course, the catagory is awash with poker chip sets and equipment that is out of catagory or other items of dubious collector worth. Makes me ditch the browsing and revert to the "search" function which steers me away from a lot of legitmate chips at auction. I don't see your auction, I can't bid on your item, can I? What a cheat for folks with real chip auctions.

I want to add to the discussion of moving this crapola (crapsola?) to its own catagory by wishing big, fat would rather put an "exclude" function at the beginning of the catagories. You could put in items to exclude and graze the offerings without the pasture plop. Perhaps you'd like to see real chips you'd like to buy so you'd enter for exclusion "11.5" "brothel" "Vegasclarks" "GBP" "Bugsy's Hidaway". I remember when I bought many chips from Mike Spinetti (a good guy!), but lordy, I'd be pretty happy if the catagory was free of his chip sets and gaming equipment.
