Review/Journal reports that Becky Binion Behnen's husband has withdrawn his gambling license application filed last February, leading to speculation that the withdrawl signals either a coming purchase or closure. Sure hope that the Horseshe survives. Otherwise all the overhead glistening won't save down town.
