Kinda like it was there ready to open, but didn't have a license?

After the whole go around and all the emails, I'm really happy that someone actually saw it. Gene has everything from dice to layouts or knows someone who has them. We'll never know until someone comes up with a token, if they were already produced and also waiting. It appears that a few people have chips from the casino that never got a license and never opened. (there are others like this in Las Vegas history, which also had chips)

The Fable of the WTC casino doesn't hold water on many points, but as far as a casino application and all the materials being ready for a casino to open, that's true. Nice looking chips...
