A little over a year ago, I was looking for a way to display a couple of dozen chips that I had picked up as cheap souvenirs from the casinos I had visited. Finding the ChipBoard, I received so much help and valuable information that I had to join the in appreciation.
The first highlight was being one of winners of Mike Skelton's History Contest for Newbies, and the only one to have all the correct answers. Thanks again Mike.
Unfortunately, this was followed by the passing of Mr. Bruce Landau. I felt I knew Bruce, and the other HOF Members, thru Mike's contest. Although I never met Mr. Landau, I, too, miss him.
Another highlight was being one of lucky 20 to receive chips for new members. I was really impressed by the generosity of the members who sent chips. Thanks again Andy Hughes, and to everyone who sent me chips.
And, a recent coup was out-sniping a sniper to win an ebay auction for a $100 Big Al's Speakeasy chip.
Happy Holidays, everyone
