One year ago today Bruce Landau a Pioneer in the chip collecting hobby pasted away suddenly at his company Christmas party. Not only was Bruce a driving force in this great hobby but also a marvelous human being. When you met Bruce he treated you like a friend and always made you feel special. All the new collectors who have joined the Club in the last year never got the pleasure of meeting Bruce, but I'm sure Bruce is smiling that big smile of his as he sees his beloved hobby continue to grow.

Ironically, five years ago at about this same time in December my dear friend and Hall of Fame member Bob Mera passed away after a gallant battle with Leukemia. Bob is the one who got me started in this great hobby back in 1992 and he gave me the title of of "Mr. Roulette". I will never forget my two good chippin buddies. In memory of Bruce and Bob, I am going to make a $50.00 donation to the Building Fund and I challenge all other chippers who knew and respected Bruce and Bob to make a donation to the Building Fund in their memory. No free chips, no give aways just a token of affection for these two "Great Guys".
