Having our IP addresses exposed probably is a slight security risk if the right person with the proper motivation gets a hold of it (even though most of us are not much of a target).

But guess what??? Last time I checked, this little piece of cyber space is owned by Greg and he has chosen to expose the IP's. If you or I or anyone else has a concern about our IP being out there for the world to see, the thing we can do is not post here anymore. By going ahead and posting on the board we have chosen to take whatever risk there is.

I would hope that everyone has taken the proper steps to protect their computers with a firewall, a router, or both, especially those of us with an always on Internet connection.
