() I was there just prior to their planned opening.
While visiting my bro, he said he had tickets for four buy 1 get 1 free dinners at their resturant. Never having been known to turn down free food, we headed to the WTC. After dinner, (while my bro picked up the tab 
),I recall wandering over to the entrance to the casino section. Not open, but there were a lot of people wandering around. I wasn't a collector at the time so never thought to look for chips. 
But I can say they positively had gaming equipment in place and appeared ready to go. Slots,tables,everything. Right off the top, I don't recall the date, but could find out.
