this experience?

The Four Queens offered regular NCV's before they got their "Win Cards" chips; for both the 1 and 5.

Lady Luck (LV) used two versions of their "Special Event" NCVs as 1's. I can't remember if they ever got "Win Cards" chips.

I will be happy to use the scan of the Golden Phoenix 5 NCV if I can get one more confirmation that they were used as part of the Win Cards program.

Anyone?
