I entered each chip, the source, the date and other details in dBase. That was back on a computer running Windows 3.1 probably.

I answered Other because most of my chips are in chip boxes, the plastic kind that they are delivered to the casino. My favorites, Wisconsin, Las Vegas $1 and Elko are in Dansco albums (that I bought used from a dealer) but some are just in chip racks, in boxes and drawers in plastic boxes. I have a couple of those nifty inventory boxes, used for my traders.

The survey would have to have check all that apply because I'd say paper bags come into play as well.
