then he is misrepresenting that side of it. The calculator is for Prioity, so that's what is implied he is providing. IF its not sent that way, wouldnt the buyer be due a refund?

The seller could use the Overnight Express fee calculator as well. That woul imply the item is shipped that way. If it isnt, then it is misrepresented.
