If the person pays me in a reasonable time, what reason would I have to withold feedback. They didn't do anything against eBay rules.
I can't leave negative feedback because the buyer is a jerk off or because they leave me a Negative. That's feedback retaliation... against the rules.
Fortunatly we can add a comment and explain what happened.
I do agree that new members are potential trouble. I was researching a seller last week and saw a negative something like this, from someone who had a (3) Took three days to ship is she nervous or what?
Another one was Item was smaller than expected (this was for a coin) Seller wrote back "what the heck, they are all the same size?"
Funny, as long as I'm not the seller, is when someone buys something and it isn't what they expected. Auction has a clear description, four photos and it's something you can find all over the web. Yet they leave a Neg. because they bid on it in error?
Meanwhile, I send feedback when payment has been made. The buyer has completed their portion of the deal. Yes I agree, they could be a flake or create a headache, but how much time do I want to spend holding Feedback, until they post theirs, and wouldn't they do the same and withold until I leave mine... classic Mexican Standoff. Is someone going to pull the trigger and leave feedback or is nothing going to happen from either side?
