What happened to the first package? It should have had a return address, and come back, or got forwarded. What am I missing on the USPS side of this deal. Don't they return undeliverable mail anymore.

Or is this buyer trying to get the first package and the second, claiming the first didn't arrive?

Please explain the reasoning for asking for a third shipment?
