I have cable but if I changed, I would consider DSL. My thinking may be wrong, but we lose cable in my neighborhood whenever there is a bad storm or someone decides to do some landscaping. I can't remember the last time I lost my phone service for any reason. I'm just not sure there is a link between DSL and my phone service.
